Question:  "Are your prices GST inclusive?"
Response:  "All prices on our products are inclusive of GST"

USB Aromatherapy Diffusers

Question: "When do you expect to restock your USB Aromatherapy Diffusers?"
Response: "We have been trying to find these items all over Australia without success. We have found a similar item in China and we are currently in the process of purchasing them. We should have them in stock by March 2007.

Follow up:  "The company that I was dealing with has refused to give simple details of their products and so I refuse to purchase from them.  I can't put my trust in a company that does not know the meaning of customer service.  I will keep looking."
